Cookies
This site sets no tracking cookies, hence the absence of a banner. One technical cookie remembers your language and currency; the Thermometer uses your browser's local storage so that your answers are not lost. Nothing leaves your device.
Recipients and processors
Site hosting: Vercel (United States, standard contractual clauses). Sending of form emails: Resend. Appointment booking: the calendar tool indicated on the Contact page. No data is sold or transferred. During assignments, Cape Pebble acts as a processor for its clients under a data processing agreement (art. 28 GDPR; nFADP in Switzerland). Audience measurement: Umami Cloud, with no cookie or individual identifier, on aggregated data. Protection of forms against automated submissions: Cloudflare Turnstile, with no tracking cookie or advertising profiling.
Your rights
Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability: write to contact@capepebble.com. Reply within one month. You may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) or, in Switzerland, the FDPIC, if you consider that your rights are not respected.
Security
Access to data restricted to the founder, accounts protected by two-factor authentication, password manager, encrypted backups. In the event of a breach likely to result in a risk to you, we inform you without delay.
