Hosting in Switzerland
For Swiss clients, solutions are hosted with Swiss providers (Infomaniak in Geneva, Exoscale in Lausanne) when the data requires it. Your data does not leave the country without your decision.
nFADP, and GDPR if you sell in Europe
The Swiss framework (nFADP, in force since September 2023) has its own rules: register of processing activities above 250 employees, criminal penalties against the individuals responsible, optional data protection adviser. An SME that sells in the EU remains subject to the GDPR. We handle both.
AI: the Swiss approach
No general AI law in Switzerland: a sector-based approach built on existing law, ratification of the Council of Europe Convention in preparation, a bill expected by the end of 2026. The EU AI Act applies to Swiss SMEs that place AI systems on the EU market. Our “responsible AI” framework covers both.
Principals' requirements
Watchmaking, medtech, manufacturing: your principals send you security and business continuity questionnaires. Tested backups, controlled access, documentation, monitoring: we put you in a position to answer without reservation.
Cross-border
A Swiss group with a subsidiary in France, a French SME that sells in Switzerland: we know both frameworks (VAT, data protection, hosting) and we work on both sides of the border.
Framework for our assignments
Consulting services provided from France: invoiced without French VAT, subject to acquisition tax at the VAT-registered Swiss client. On-site work declared under the federal notification procedure. Contracts under Swiss law on request.
